In 2001, Pete worked on a project at DBS Bank Singapore, assuming the role of Vice President for Design & Content Management, where he was the lead for Customer Experience. He was involved in a multi-million dollar enterprise project which involved over 80 staff from various disciplines across the bank. Pete's area of focus includes: web design, information architecture, eContent management, website navigation, usability and customer feedback, among others.
Today, Pete lends his expertise to Awarna Media, which offers the following services in the web arena:
- designing, publishing and maintaining websites
- assisting clients by establishing and managing social media websites like Facebook, Youtube etc
